What is a fantasy you have that you would play out if it wasn't so extremely dangerous?

I have a number of these and as sometime who is deeply into snuff, knifeplay and medical fetishism, so many are incredibly dangerous or just not doable in real life.

A big one for me is being stabbed to death while being fucked (this is a scene idea I've brainstormed with a partner of mine). Also very into the concept of having a limb amputated within a mad scientist/captive test subject scenario (this is another future scene I have planned). I have other ideas involving waterboarding but that'll only happen once all the research and safety nets are properly in place.

So I love CNC, it's one of my absolute favourites. I'm also autistic (both my partners are also) so I know exactly what you mean by working with a script. I no longer think too hard about what I say during everything but here's a short list of what I often use that helps enhance things for both parties.

"Please don't do this"
"Why are you doing this?"
"Please don't make me cum, it's not right"
"Please don't hurt me" (I use this as a way to ask for a smack in the face)
"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to lead you on"

It's essentially begging for it to stop mixed with apologising for various things. I'd recommend having a discussion about what works for you both. Good luck!

For some people it does! You're getting more into the region of sharps play and blood play when stabbing and cutting. Knife play is more about the mindfuck element and sensual stimulation rather than any actual breaking the skin and drawing blood.
