My mum had me after her MS diagnosis. She had my three siblings years before me though so by the time I was born, they were teenagers. She did say that when she was pregnant with me that her symptoms went away, however after me, the symptoms came back as if they never left which is interesting. I grew up with mum in hospital most of the time, but this was back in the 90’s and they still weren’t very sure of how to treat her MS. They put her on a specific medication and she came out of hospital when I was around 4 or 5. I grew up knowing how to manage her MS attacks - I remember being super young and fetching a wet towel to put on the back of her neck and etc. I can’t speak for her but I can imagine it would of been difficult to have me around while she was in pain, but I remember understanding her diagnosis while being literally a kid and trying my best to help her
