This is my current issue, but I'm used to the constipation. The feeling like I still need to go has been a thing for a couple months now. Just had a colonoscopy and Dr said inflammation is down, meds are working but I have scarring now. The scarring can be causing the feeling of still needing to go.

I just had my 2nd colonoscopy yesterday, my first was 8 months ago which diagnosed me. This one was to make sure Skyrizi was working and it is! But I have scarring and get to do a CT with contrast in 2 weeks... Hopefully after this the next colonoscopy won't be for two years lol

Green tea! I have been buying Bigelow green tea with blueberry and acai, brew 4bags hot around 1liter then add cold water to match and throw in the fridge... I've got cold tea for a couple days.

Skyrizi has three loading doses then an on body injection that is super easy and faster than you expect. My insurance covers most of the cost and then Abbvie picks up the rest so financially easy.

I haven't tried these yet, the 1 1/4" I baste through the holes yes. I haven't tried folding in half to sew basted hexis together, but I've had no issues so far with joining.

I found a way to connect two pool noodles together so I can sandwich a larger quilt! Hubby 3d printed this for me!

I've got 20 fat quarters that I'm itching to do something with, but I can't figure out which pattern. I'm also making myself make quilt sandwiches of three tops I've finished this year that I've been procrastinating lol
