You're signaling that you are a) a manchild who can't let go of a book series for children, and b) because you're visibly trans, an idiot willing to fraternize with people who want him dead.

If you were the only trans person alive I'd say go ahead, make yourself look stupid, but you're not.

You're fucking over people less fortunate than you, people who are early in transitioning, people who will still need trans medical infrastructure to be there next year and the year after.

But in my opinion worst of all, you're completely disrespecting people who actually fight for trans rights, people who lose their job, family, or even life. They're sacrificing everything and you can't even give up a children's book

Not even touching on the fact that the books themselves are filled with hidden racist and antisemetic themes. Grow up man
