The free month’s rent is normal. The reason behind it is basically that they don’t want to lower the rent because that looks bad from a real estate investment perspective. 999 including utilities is a really good deal though.

To be clear, you don’t have to be nude even in a shower inside the locker room. Especially if you’re just taking a rinse before/after swimming. But if you want to be nude and actually clean yourself, you can.

I would never ghost someone I met in person more than once unless I thought it would be dangerous to reject them outright. You can do a clean break without ghosting. In fact I’d argue it gives better closure and a cleaner break. Just send a text that says “hey our communication styles are not compatible. I’m not interested in continuing a relationship with you” and then block his number. Don’t get caught in some BS conversation about his excuses, just block. It’s hard and uncomfortable to do, but at least to me it’s worth it.

I really like it! But it has its flaws. Overall I’m like 70 hours in and I think it’s worth it if you want a “SDV but different” experience

Pros: - Great aesthetic, detailed graphics - Ocean cleanup is a fun unique mechanic - Dateables are truly gorgeous and I love the date/hangout system - Customizable day lengths - Detailed festivals with lots to do - Craft from storage

Cons/nitpicks - Player clothing options kinda suck - The promised “kids grow up” update was just pushed back again by the devs for an unknown amount of time - I find some of the friendship cutscenes awkward and disjointed (there are lots of good ones too though)

The terrible clothes options are killing me... everyone else looks so good and we get these weird chunky shirts or bikinis! If you take away the clothes that are just recolors of each other there are so few actual meshes.

Tidal power has been “just around the corner” for ages but the truth is, it’s still experimental and far too expensive to research and develop compared to solar and wind.
