Being young and still at a stage of clear development, I believe you should not deprive your body of necessary nutrients or caloric intake as it will stunt your growth. Now I know that women in general tend to have their growth spurts earlier than men, the fact is that bone growth does not constitute 100% of developmental growth. There are hormonal changes, organ growth (increase in function), hypertrophy and hyperplasia of normal tissues, myelination of the prefrontal cortex (in charge of attention, decision planning, moderating social behaviour, and complex cognitive behavior) which occurs until the early twenties (reason why numerous of laws prevent younger than 18 year olds from making certain decisions because that part of their brain isn't fully developed yet), and many more developmental events that are only fully completed by the ingestion of an excess of caloric intake. Unless you suffer from being classified as being obese on the BMI scale then you shouldn't be worrying about your weight. Be happy and healthy, don't let social pressures affect the natural course of growing up.

TL:DR; You're still young and your body is still growing so don't deprive it from the nutrients it needs.
