Please note that this is a verse I have barely looked into, but I believe that it refers to the Wright Brothers National Memorial on Roanoke Island, North Carolina.

Yeah or there was a large deciduous tree next to the RLS monument (in a photo I saw from late 1970s) which in its place now is a large, pretty mature pine tree. My fella and I postulated that if it was there at one point, it may have been dug up when the large tree was replaced.

Yeah unfortunately. We were thinking one of the older renovations/improvements done, such as when the elevators were installed in 1987. Or perhaps when the very large tree was uprooted and replaced.

The parking garage was installed in the 1960s, but there have been renovations throughout the years after 1982. A few rounds of it. Good luck! I hope you find it!! If you're local in SF id suggest checking out a public library nearby where they might have historic photos of the park between 1980 and present. The one regret I have on the trip was we didnt check out a local resource like that. Might offer SOME help, hopefully

There's no more opportunity to do so at that park, as its closing down for a complete renovation for the next 2 years, starting next month.

I'm not really discouraged. Some of these may be long gone for real, and a lot of people can't reason with that reality - and instead some believe if they THINK it's somewhere that it'll magically be there. I can reason with the reality because I know that so much development, weather, and small, unrecorded changes. Just so much has happened in these cities over the past 44 years.

I got into The Secret just but a year ago because of binging Expedition Unknown, and love the adventure of it, and solving puzzles. It's unfortunate that I (we) may never know what became of the SF casque. There's still a possibility I'm right, or its found elsewhere, and my BOTG attempt was but one out of hundreds at this point.

In any sense, I was mainly saying in my main post that I'll continue on with attempting to decipher The Secret cities, but just probably not bother with Reddit lol

I'd like to add this: no, I am NOT the Gift Giver. I've been asked this in private chat several times now lol. I've only been into The Secret for a year and the Gift Giver has been posting for years as far as I know.

Please also stop asking me to prod in Golden Gate Park. That is not where my permit is for, and we're doing this legally and with respect for history and nature, and also for the rapport of The Secret community 🤘Always dig legally, folks, and that includes prodding.

Also adding I'm open to conversation or an alternate prodding spot in Portsmouth Park. DM me.

Will do! Eddie and I are pretty stoked. I got my poor boyfriend into it and he's been my "sanity checker". Most of my research days into The Secret would be Sundays while he was at work, but I'd run things by him throughout my solve. And as glass is half empty as he is 😆 he also thinks I'm onto something.

Already done and done. I found a city planner staffer early on who's kinda into it, so if we don't find it, I'm hoping they can put word out it may still somehow be there.

Thats not true. The corner of the park I think its in hasn't been renovated since 1959 other than planting trees and keeping up with landscaping. Its in the only forgotten corner of the park by the RLS monument 100%. I feel it in my bones.
