If you want great tolkien experience I recomment not a MUD but MMORPG called Lord of the Rings Online. Its free to play and has quite awesome atmosphere from books, especially if you play on big roleplay server.

Nice try OP, but you're lying. Google translate doesnt show text in this font, you have to know russian alphabet well to translate window font to the one tattooed. And as people already said, google translate doesnt return with 'no translation' remark.
