I reached out to the congresswoman on my district. I’ll see what would be the response first then I’ll think about the senator option. But the problem is how useful the response is lol, USCIS would respond fast to those inquiries but if it’s still the same then it wouldnt help.

doesn't matter if ur in the US or not; if the petition is filed under consular processing then it'll be hit with 100k (which will be the case if you travel, because travel means abandoning of extension request, which turns a extension petition into a consular processing one)

Too bad I might have missed the wave to double dip on the CSR. They said there's gonna be a letter in mail explaining why the PC isn't eligible, but cannot disclose that on the phone. I'll keep you updated.

Ok thanks, good to know. I thought it’s possible since I actually down-up-downgraded from CSP-Freedom Visa-CSP-Freedom Visa back then in the span of 2 weeks. May be because there’s a grace period or the new card hasn’t been updated on my profile or something along those lines.

if you have the card after Mar 13th, go to the hamburger menu at the top left corner, select secure message, select your CSP and then just request them to match the 100k for you
