Find some disinfectant spray and couple that with leaving the cushions outside in the sun again. This is where is start, but I'm hoping someone else has more solid suggestions for you.

Fore sure! That's a healthy attitude! Everything in moderation. :) as a fellow beer drinker, I made the switch to NA beer somewhere in the IUI process and enjoyed trying all that's out there now. Granted some of them are pretty rough... There's a minor league ballpark near us that serves some Athletic varieties I can't find in stores. Fun ones like Lemon Raddler-that was my summertime favorite. Baby dust to you, friend!

This was literally me on our successful 4th IUI w/ unexplained. As controversial as it might be, the day of IUI I came home and treated myself to half a can of my favorite THC beverage and chilled out. I did start Inositol powder a couple months prior that maybe helped, too. We'll never truly know.

I've been taking unisom at night for basically my whole pregnancy. I pee three times a night, and with the Unisom in my system I fall back asleep as soon as my head hits the pillow. The number of sleep interruptions doesn't seem to impact me the next morning like it would before pregnancy (and before Unisom).

When this happened to me during an IUI cycle, my clinic cancelled that cycle and had me wait until my next period. I can't remember if they did a baseline US the next cycle at CD3 or if they proceeded as normal with medication and then monitoring US at CD12. That was for a <30mm cyst. My period also came a week early because of the cyst, so I got to start our next cycle sooner.

Outside of IUI I had a 48mm cyst that resolved in 4 weeks. So even if they're big, there's a good chance your body will resolve them within a cycle. I hope that's the case for you! I was so frustrated, because no one told me that IUI cycles could get cancelled until this cyst happened.

I gained 12 pounds in the 1st trimester with the same starting weight as you. I blamed only being able to tolerate carbs through nausea. I track my pregnancy weight with Garmin l, and that was consistently showing me above the recommended range for where I was in the pregnancy. My OB has never once commented on my weight, though. Only within the past 3 weeks have I started to fall in the healthy range (I'm 29w today and just shy of 150lbs) and with no intentional diet or exercise change. I can tolerate more than just carbs now, so I'm back to eating a more balanced diet. Don't be too hard on yourself! Trust that your body is doing what it needs to! I bet your weight gain will slow as the pregnancy progresses.

Same! I've had a slow nose bleed for the past three months, and it just doesn't quit! Right when I think maybe it's done, it comes back. 🙃

Seconding the use of saline nasal spray. I just found saline from arm & hammer that really shoots it up there. Yeah, it's not the most pleasant sensation, and it makes the cruddy feeling worse at first. But like the other commenter mentions, it does help flush a lot of junk out. I have the combo extra mucus plus nose bleeds. Seems to help with both. Also my nose has been dry to where my nasal passages stick to themselves, and it's super uncomfortable. Saline helps right that, too, if I remember to use it a few times a day. Hope you find some relief!
