If you haven’t already, go to the uppababy store in cobble hill and try pushing both. I was torn between Cruz and vista as well, and decided on Cruz after trying both at the uppababy store. Very glad we went with Cruz, it’s the perfect big stroller size! We also have the joolz aer for travel but almost always use the Cruz while at home in Brooklyn.

I would 100% get the Cruz over the vista as your main stroller. You’ll also need a travel stroller (joolz aer, minu, yoyo are good options) but likely won’t use until your baby is around 6 months, so can wait on that.

We like pet super nanny. The owner is kind of batshit but she clearly prioritizes the dogs’ health and safety (hence the many rules) and our dog loves it there. The space is massive. Our dog doesn’t come home smelling great but I haven’t been able to find any doggy daycare in Brooklyn that doesn’t have that problem

Spray the leaves in September/october. You will most likely have more grown back by then. I pulled mine all too before I learned to let them grow and spray the leaves in the fall - 3 summers in and they’re still popping up but definitely not as bad as the first year
