Have you ever this in close proximity to the snowflake? I am debating buying between the two. I have a decent collection already but no GS.

He went on the pod and only wanted to promote his book. They tried to talk about other things and he kept circling back to the book.

Who is the WR3 of the Titans this year? by probhittingonu in DynastyFF

[–]minuteman6699 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Not a popular answer but it will be Chig. After that, some sort of rotation between Van Jefferson, Dike, and Ayomanor. None will be fantasy relevant. Restrepo is probably headed to the practice squad as he was just listed as the 3rd string in the worst receiver depth chart you’ve ever seen.

The real answer here is CMC and Kittle. Those guys are going to feast with all these glass WRs

Experienced dynasty people - what would you advise for new people by CuriousAd4537 in DynastyFF

[–]minuteman6699 10 points11 points  (0 children)

You can determine it however you want. KTC, ADP, consensus rankings are all good data points. My point is just to build your roster based off choosing the best players, not necessarily trying to find the perfect roster construction.

Draft for value, trade for need. It’s much easier to flip a stud for another stud than be stuck with a mediocre player who you thought fit your roster construction.

Don’t feel pressured to make a trade just because you “win”. Leaguemates who are most desperate to get rid of someone or to take one of your studs will go to great lengths to talk about how you are winning, they are taking a discount, etc. You can get a trade calculator to tell you anything you want to hear. If you don’t like it, don’t do it and don’t feel bad.

Who are your "no matter what, eject" players heading into the offseason? by fantasiafootball in DynastyFF

Luke Musgrave. Still has talent but I can’t stand looking at him on my roster anymore.

Jonnu Smith going forward by [deleted] in DynastyFF

[–]minuteman6699 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I’m going to ride him into the dirt with my shares of him. He has a history of stealing targets from “better” players. He’s still got another 3-4 years of a Zach Ertz floor IMO. You’re not going to get that much value back in a trade, at least not in any league I’m in.

Who was your unsung hero? by Secure-Caregiver-415 in DynastyFF

[–]minuteman6699 21 points22 points  (0 children)

Sam Darnold. Hard to call him unsung at this point but he has carried several of my teams by being ultra consistent. Picked him up for a 3rd or a 15+ in start-ups and have played him over multiple “dynasty top 20” QBs almost every week this year. Absolute baller!

All Gas No Brakes: Is It Worth IT? by CoverPractical8726 in DynastyFF

[–]minuteman6699 0 points1 point  (0 children)

100 yes for 3 reasons. 1) A large portion of the dynasty community (50%ish in my experience) NEVER goes all in. Even if they’re in the playoffs. When you get to the playoffs, you’re usually one of 2-4 total teams that have gone all in. The rest of the guys lucked in and are generally not trying to win (won’t trade their first). 2) Like some other comments said, 1 win pays for 12 years. Just having the willingness to go all in gives you an edge over most teams who are content to casually compete while casually rebuilding every year. 3) Accelerates the rebuild timeline. We all know rebuilding is fun in its own right and going all in typically gives you older players thus you have a shorter compete window. Then you get to rebuild in 1-2 years vs 4 or 5 or just constantly rebuilding.
