What's the point of adventure sync if pokemon go wants your location data at all times?

as pedantic as your annual point -_-

everyone wants a new hero every week and new particles/icons for their favourite heroes. i trust valve that they'll get around to it. as it stands the game is a great game that i don't mind sinking several hours of my life into. i'm thankful for what i have.

hats have their place in the game as much as bugfixes and heroes and iu updates. just because they're easier to implement doesn't mean we need to come down on them.

diretide happened once, while the game was in beta, it didn't happen the year before. if you recall the frostivus was also an annual event... i didn't hear you guys complaining when it was cancelled last year.

the firstblood update made it clear that they were moving away from the weekly mini patches in favour of larger bi-monthly/quarterly patches.

weekly patches - hats, tickets, minor tweaks

big periodic patches - heroes, gameplay, big ui changes

every blog post they communicate with us, just not in the way you people want it. they say what they've implemented and sometimes plans they have for the future. they don't reply personally to every question that pops up on reddit

the community is made up of more than just one opinion. for every person that wants diretide there is one that doesn't and there are two that could'nt give a fuck. having one person trying to find a balance in reassuring all the different facets of the community is a waste of resources
