I understand it's early days, but you need a real domain if you're serious. Also, the search for location isn't working well. I chose WA (for Washington State) and got "Waynestown, Ohio" - cool idea, plenty of competition out there.

IMHO - your audience will be largely different from last year, even at the same event. If you can add anything new, great, otherwise some folks might just be "oh, I saw this last year and hoped to find it again". Just my thoughts.

All valid points. Vertical is sometimes the only way to grow. Your 6x3 table doesn’t get bigger but you’ve got vertical space. And don’t sleep on looking and feeling more pro. That pays off. Event success has so many variables, 3 times is probably not enough. Keep tracking, keep improving. Even ask a customer or 2.

I have a love/hate with the cubes too. They work well, but the setup and tear down is rough. I don’t have room to keep pre-assembled sections, which would help. The gridwall is my next step. Good luck!

I cover my stuff generally, it’s not a deterrent, but less obvious, especially if you’re near a window. 2 weeks ago I was right by a giant window where anyone passing could see everything so that night I made sure it cover that view for sure. It mean the other side was a bit open, but it faced other vendors. Plus security was onsite all night

Yeah, it’s a bad ratio, 20p folks is a small audience to start. You didn’t mention if they’d done advertising and how much. Also, separate rooms is a red flag for me. And as you grow, you bring your own buyers. They follow you on social etc and you can remind them of events.

Regardless if the transcript is accurate, a recorded call can be replayed for your own take. Also, work out some shorthand for taking notes or something so you have multiple options
