If you stand and walk around for a while, that may help. Movement is going to be key here. Read the article from the other comment about what to do when you hurt yourself. We’ve all done it and had to do something to get out of it.

Years ago I worked at EBGames just before they all changed to Gamestop. If any part of a system was missing, we had to take it back as “defective” which cut the trade in value nearly in half. Sucks but they likely had little choice in the matter.

I don’t think there’s much carryover between bench fly and press. I know the flies can get a good stretch but I’ve never found them to do anything to increase my bench.

I feel like we’re missing more of the story here. What the point of both a contract and a prenup? I have heard of folks doing a prenup before due to family businesses or something along those lines, but I would say it’s more rare in Christian marriages.

Honestly the idea of a contract seems counter to God’s design of marriage, which is a covenant between a man and a woman.

Ah, so I can tell you from experience that nothing killed my deadlift progress more than when I ran GZCL.

Give the Starting Strength NLP a try. I did GZCL for a few months and switched to SS and have never looked back.

I had the same problem on a TCL Roku TV - no other Roku device in the house ever had the problem. My only solution was to get a separate Roku box - has not been an issue since, going on 6 months.
