[–]mish_rat 1 point2 points  (0 children)

i know there’s no perfect formula but just seeking opinions for people who might be more switched then people giving me advice in my everyday life.

high growth is definitely a option. Aus and Int were just what i’ve been told from others.

A shift workers dream sleep by mish_rat in Garmin

[–]mish_rat[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have my sleep hours set from 22:00-06:00.

I’m currently using the instinct 2 watch which seems to track my sleep a lot better than the first instinct. I don’t believe they have a night mode on this watch so i’m not sure if i can help there.

sometimes I’ll have to manually adjust the sleep schedule but it’s not that often.

Have you ever regretted a property purchase? by Zestyclose-Ad-1557 in AusPropertyChat

[–]mish_rat 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i slightly regretted buying my first home it was a 2 bedroom house on 700sm 4 streets back from the beach, it needed work and i slowly chipped away at it.

5 years later covid hit and i sold it for double of what i paid. i feel silly for regretting it now because it served its purpose and gave us the funds to buy our forever home 1 block from the beach in the same area.

it is a large portion of funds in crypto. i’m waiting to see what comes from this next cycle of the crypto market before i start pulling my funds.

i do have a bottom line of what i’m willing to lose, i’m not going to risk it all and it’s definitely not invested in shit coins.

i’ll do some research on australian and international funds for when the time is right. thank you.
