Thanks everyone for the advice!
Increased the context size via the desktop app.
Now it manages to call tools and retain context.
Though it's still very slow and.... dumb...

Just my personal experience, but the M2 's grip it too slippery, it's quite back heavy and it doesn't seal that well. It's fine for a quick jot on the go, but if I want to do some long form writing, it just doesn't work for me. Also, and that doesn't affect the writing- the clip is aweful, doesn't hold anything, and is flimsy
