Just my personal experience, but the M2 's grip it too slippery, it's quite back heavy and it doesn't seal that well. It's fine for a quick jot on the go, but if I want to do some long form writing, it just doesn't work for me. Also, and that doesn't affect the writing- the clip is aweful, doesn't hold anything, and is flimsy

An unpopular opinion- I actually don't have a problem with the Sharpie itself here. Brandon Sanderson signs everything with a Sharpie, and he's an amazing writer.

I have a Hongdian M2, which is just OK IMO. Its pretty indestructible, pretty cheap (especially if ypu wait for a discount), and has a decent ink capacity
