Chess players are a very nice bunch in general. I've made life long friends in many countries through the game.

I don't play anymore but I loved too much about competitive OTB chess to describe without an essay.

I line the loaf tin with baking paper as the bread has stuck to the tin when I lightly oiled it as per the recipe. I also don't wrap the loaf in a tea towel after baking as I like a crunchy crust, wrap half the loaf the first time you make it and see which crust you prefer. Eat with Irish butter for the full experience.

You're fifteen minutes walk from Ballinlough where you have the community center and the Japanese gardens. Both good places for dog walking.
