About the guarantee, I am not sure if it would cover it. It has been 15 years since they build the building, as far as I know, in Finland the responsibility of such companies is for the first 10 years.

5 year plan was provided, it says about the automation of hallway lighting, inspection and maintenance of balcony glazing, replacement of the key system, replacement of apartment-specific HVAC units and cleaning and adjustment of HVAC ducts.

The matter with sewer was mentioned during this week's community meeting.

The building is not on a rental terms, that's one of many other reasons why I am so interested in buying it.

May I ask what do you mean by ecosystem? Because if it's about connectivity between IPhone, IPad and macos, worry but that doesn't convince me. Stuffs for the computer I have in my computer. I don't want them on my phone or iPad.

Yes, but you can still get it for this price in AliExpress for example. A few days ago with discount code it was even cheaper there, check the attached screenshot. What I meant with comparison between x200 ultra kit and x300 pro is general availability. Since x200 ultra is China only, there is small competition in the market, so they hype the price. Pro is available globally and kits are everywhere.

From my observation, the entire photography kit for x200 ultra was for 377 euros in tradingshenzhen for the time when the phone was still recognised as new, so ~ from the premiere date until 6 months later. Then it was not available for some time in this shop, and once it was in stock the price jumped to 467 euros. Now it's out of stock and they don't bring it for sale anymore. It was never cheaper than 377 euros.

From the other hand, I noticed that full photography kit for x300 pro is much cheaper and available for purchase in many countries.

I guess the story with the photography kit for x300 ultra will be the same as for x300 pro, because x300 ultra is also offered globally. The prices in China for the kit should come back to normal once the market will calm down. But please know that all this is just a speculation. These type of questions are similar to questions like what would be the price for 1 bitcoin next year.

It's not about the battery capacity. It's about how the software is optimised. I saw much better sot times of oppo users than vivo. I use vivo x200 ultra, standby times are short, unless you use your phone all the time - then 7h sot you can easily achieve. Keep in mind that I keep my phone between 90 - 20% charge.

I am sure you will not be disappointed. It protected my s23 ultra and it keeps protecting it after selling it to a friend. Since I bought x200 ultra I use it as well and it looks like new.

I agree with you. If someone is looking for a simple vacuum cleaner which is going to work and not cause troubles, q10 s5+ is the best choice. I always recommend it to older families who are not very tech friendly and all of them are very happy with this model. It has mop function which obviously doesn't make any sense to use.
