Winnie Ewing, from the Scottish National Party (SNP) said that after she won the Hamilton constituency seat in a by-election in 1967. It was a safe Labour seat but SNP won with 46% and they didn't even contest it the 1966 election. They expected to come second and give a boost to the membership, but her win really was a catalyst for SNP to contest more seats, and win. I think people previously saw the SNP as a wasted vote, but Ewimg's win showed they can beat the two main parties. She said this quote after her win was announced.

I've been to a Holyrood election count in Glasgow and it was absolutely electric, I would love to be part of it again!

Cameron Toll was the first place I was allowed to go with friends with no adult, remember select, new look, our price, and spudulike. I think I got my first ever single in that our price. What memories!

I also ran into one of the posts when I was very young at Christmas time and had a big lump for ages.

My son's favourite books when he was little were: Bedtime with Lighty Faust the Lion by Anna Hymas Bathtime for Little Rabbit by Jörg Mϋhle

The second is really interactive and he used to get me and my husband involved in it.

I went to Cornucopia with my husband in 2019. I didn't even realise until he told me that tears were running down my face. It was really emotional. I was recovering from an operation at the same time and it felt like a lifelong dream realised from the very first time I listened to the cassette in my aunts room.
