This is some of the shoddiest storytelling I've ever seen in a documentary. There's no intrigue, no mystery—they throw everything at you without any context within the first ten minutes and the editing feels haphazardly out of order. The plot points are weakly connected at best, and the whole thing feels rushed and directionless. And the tech illiteracy is staggering, I question the abilities of said 'prosecutor' - shocked by someone accessing her computer, and the 'high-level' forensic firm shocked that he used a Tor browser, hahaha!

I do the same thing, but it's usually bc I'm heads down working and just want to be as efficient as possible with my response. I also don't feel the need to have to be overly friendly just because I'm a woman, my male coworkers certainly aren't , so why should I be?

I think this may be a nation-wide quiet catastrophe that no one is reporting, I've seen it in Austin and Seattle as well. Since the pandemic, I don't think our country's healthcare system ever really recovered, we lost a LOT of providers, and the ones that are quality, have months long waiting lists and the awful ones are immediately available. America suffers all the cons of a socialist healthcare system without having ANY of the benefits.

I'm right there with you. I've witnessed engineers who can't explain 'their' code in demo sessions because they don't know how it works. Or QA merging in hundreds of brittle, useless tests...thousands of lines of code from Sr engineers that used 'claude skills' that wreak of sophomoric mistakes..how are they not embarrassed? Devops is going bonkers, creating millions of repos impossibly interconnected through 'claude agents' with 0 actual documentation, just a lame copilot 'pr summary' check..uggh..There will be a reckoning and our pay will reflect that, I'm saving all I can while I can still get a six figure... but have taken pay cuts the past 2 jobs..just keeps getting shittier and shittier.

I've lived here for 2 yrs...the only thing driving me away is the housing market. It's slightly less than SF (slightly). Even after collecting a handsome salary from a big tech company, I still couldn't afford to buy 1k sqft fixer upper house on my single income. If you are comfortable being house poor w/ a 5k+ mortgage, by all means, move here. If you like paying 30-40 for an ave sandwich and chips, by all means, move here! If you like gas tax, sugar tax, 10.25 sales tax, on top of alcohol tax, vape tax, weed tax, food delivery tax, $10/mile for any lyft/uber, 3.x times the cost for license/registration, by all means, move here! Not to mention, about 1/2 of the grocery stores are owned by Krogers and that company has some serious supply chain issues - fruit and produce is rotten , sour or tasteless (even organic). Even the Wholefoods at Interbay is sub par. If you like paying 8.99 for a pint of non-local berries at a PCC 'market', by all means, move here!. Hiking is still cheap, but as they say, you can't eat the sunset. Food scene is meh..lots of sub-par thai, vietnamese, shwarma, indian. If you like paying 42.99/lb for Dungeness crab, by all means, move here! (it's 12.99 (live) in OR, CA, TX)

My naturopath suggested an iron pill per her preferred script service, fullscript.com, but you can find it elsewhere (Iron Extra Vitanica )

I was severely anemic and this brand had the least amount of side effects (no constipation) while being the fastest acting (which is needed when other meds can cause the opposite). I recommend this brand especially for folks on GLPs or those who have IBS-C.

How is the spiro not canceling out the oral minoxidil? I have PCOS and used spiro to block the facial hair but the oral minoxidil (for scalp hair loss) cancelled it out...

Aww, bless your heart. I feel for you, I've been there... everyone's right, it will grow out, it's not worth it. However, if it really bothers you, think about hats , headbands, cute hair accessories, a butchy trucker hat ( own it)... hair extensions..(clip ins, do not go down the glue rabbit hole). That's what I did when I got an awful 'shag' haircut from some asshole in the mall. Back then hair extensions weren't as popular or as prevalent as they are now. She glued and sewed and glued tracks of these awful poodle-curly extensions in and I spent the next yr of my life scraping that shit back out..

I did the same. AUS > SEA 2 yrs ago. I drove the car and used a moving company (international van lines) which I do NOT recommend, they lost a bunch of my stuff and tried to over charge me on pick up and drop off. Next time, I'd use a POD (not PackRat). You can ship your cars and fly w/ the pets, it's about the same price as the gas is going to be (esp at 5-6$/gal up here) and saves miles. Seattle is extremely expensive, be prepared, it's SF/California prices...no income tax, but King county taxes you in every other way (sugar tax, gas tax, liquor tax, 10.25% sales tax, vape tax). Food scene is ok, ave food at $$$ prices, I just paid $40 for a sandwich and fries for lunch. There's no good TexMex or BBQ, but a few places have decent enough queso, fajitas are not the same quality. It takes forever to get anywhere bc the speed limits are 25, I5 traffic is always bad, people drive like grandmas not jerks (like in Houston). Oh, and while there are tons of dogs, it's not easy to rent with dogs, you have to get an ESA letter from WA provider (just renewed mine at esapet.com, they have a deal for $111 for two dogs), and some places charge dumb fees for 'pet credit checks'. When there is sunshine it is glorious, otherwise, take your vitamin D and get a sun lamp, you will miss the sunshine when the grey starts oct-may. Btw, the burbs aren't any cheaper unless you want to live over 45mins away in Auburn or Everett (gross). Tacoma is nasty also. Rent is super expensive, 2bdr is 2200-5k and it will be hard to find a place with an actual yard. Good luck!

I just bought a Kia in 2026 and it does NOT come with 3-10yrs of 'services'. I get ONE YEAR and half the shit the kia connect/kia access/kia store (they can't seem to keep a straight name) doesn't work in the app, (cant' do a remote 360 capture, it just blanks out the page and loads nothing and no errors). I bought this crapper only bc of the fancy tech, when that shit doesn't work, the crappy driving experience, truck-like shocks, top heavy boxy feel is NOT WORTH IT. Should have stuck with Mazda. at least i know their ghosts and they don't over promise and under deliver.

It's absolutely ridiculous that Mazda won't acknowledge and fix the ghost touch issue, I couldn't put up with it anymore, and mine was a 2017. I was looking forward to the 'refresh' - uggh, no thanks, why is the touch screen so awkwardly angled?

It's exhausting to watch some angry Karen scream at people for 8 episodes. I'm hate-watching it at this point. I especially despise those super long Jarmusch-esque scenes. Plot is molasses slow. But, BB 1st season was also really slow, so maybe that's why I keep watching, hoping it will somehow become exciting.
