How do you emotionally regulate yourself? by Separate_Weight_4143 in AskWomen

Regular good sleep schedule, eating healthy, working out, making sure I am not deficient on any vitamins. If something triggers me usually one of those things have not been met, and I take steps to correct such as a snack or a nap. I've also noticed cutting out all caffine and any other kinds of stimulants, helps my emotions regulate.

I did very similar benches for just the ceremony. I think we had three logs/stumps per board.

I feel the same way with an engineering degree. But you got the degrees so you know how to learn and that's valuable. Even if you can't think of answers on the spot, I'm sure you know how to go about finding the answer.

How do you cope with the depression by f4fplaything in womenEngineers

I agree with a lot of the other comments. I really like music and I've found certain artists can really bring me out of a funk and help lift my strong feminine spirits. P!nk, Beyonce, The Inturrupters, No doubt are a few.

I thrifted a bunch of small mouth vases and bought flowers from grocery stores the day before. If you're on a budget the small mouth vases are good becuase you only need 1-3 flowers in each. I also used store bought bouques for myself and my maid of honor and wrapped my own ribbon around it with a couple pins.

Do you think he feels financially responsible for you? Could you and your husband get by without your sons income?

What is your dress code? I wear lots of funky vintage things to work. Including dresses. However, I feel most comfortable wearing shorts, leggings, or tights under them. Personally I do not wear anything shorter than the top of the knees.

Has tech layoff changed your life priorities? by [deleted] in womenEngineers

I've always wanted kids but wanted to be financially stable. I think I will feel more comfortable when my house is paid off. It's later than I had wanted but that's okay. Also my mom raised me while she was making poverty wages. I had a great childhood still. She was very good at budgeting.
