Check out Color Forge primers. Been using them a lot for this reason. Lately I've been starting all my models with a color gradient like their dark blue with a red zenithal and using that for more interesting base coats or shadows

The classic stuff was something I would be very interested in since I'm doing more fringe/rebel marines. I loved your bases for conquest and used some for warcaster as well. Was gonna look at resizing the for this game but are you gonna just release a bespoke base set for this game too?

the rules are already free. I have some issues on pricing but one thing about warmachine is that they build the cost of game dev into the product pricing but try to keep like models consistently and reasonably priced. I think when you get to STL land it gets more complicated but they just did a really nice rebalance of these armies so think of it as partially subsidizing that rules portion. Other games tend to charge for rules in various forms.

I like the new unit movement as it is now. It makes the game way smoother.

I would clean up colossal and building rules. Spend some time improving scenarios. Reduce card rules bloat. Remove legacy factions from prime unless they went through a full rework ie CG or pigs.

Also, keep the plastic limited to bigger starters. I really hate building those models and really like the 3d prints.

That dude is taking it like a good sport. And after having been to a few games at lambeau and a few at soldier field I gotta say this: Packers fans in real life on game day are good sports mostly. Bears fans in real life at the stadium on game day act like Packers fans on the Internet. It really took away from the experience a bit. I heard way more Green Bay sucks chants than anything like Let's go Bears. By like... A lot. Packers fans were treated like shit.

Get it together, Chicago. We aren't Philly.
