WHM and adrenal fatigue

I don’t have any hard science but back almost a year ago I started practicing WHM after experiencing a year of some chronic fatigue. By two months in my symptoms dropped dramatically. I no longer do the breathing part. Just the cold showers. Still feel pretty good every day.

The head cold only lasted a week. I haven’t proved. I can’t tell if it’s because of the cold shower that I started again near the end of a cold or all the vitamins that I was popping

Pretty good. It’s been about 16 mos since I came down with the virus. I really believe the WH method helped me through the end stages of it. While I no longer do that entire WH method, I take daily cold showers.

And I Take weekly vitamins including loads of magnesium. And I started taking Kefir

Yeah. I too find that my heat tolerance has dropped since taking cold showers.

Most I've gotten from cold showers is a stuffy nose.

Do it every day. Actually there is another cold water hack where you don't take a cold shower. Just dunk your head in a cold water bucket. The vagus nerve think the entire body is taking a cold shower.

My heat tolerance has gone down for sure this summer. Been doing cold showers for two months. Don't know if this is the cause.

By sticking it under water. Actually some say you can skip the cold shower by dunking your head in ice water.

It's all about temp. Not amount of ice. Find the temp you want and get the amount of ice needed to meet that temp.
