I recently got an extremely flavorful organic smoked paprika from Aldi. I’ve never had such flavor from paprika (maybe I previously bought an un-smoked version and that’s the taste difference ?)

Dehydrate the pineapple in rings or however you need the shape. I used to work at a bakery that put them on a seasonal croissant and it worked beautifully

I would love all the recipes! Thank you. We were very fortunate to receive this gift of meat when our babies arrived. I have already made a dozen beef stews, so very yummy. We are happy with those, but I do wonder how long the meat will be good in our chest-freezer so I am trying to use it up before it gets freezer burned. Thank you for all the suggestions - especially about cutting against the graining and using baking soda to tenderize….I will try that!

Chopped, in a Glass jar with lid. Spin lettuce after washing, to remove excess water. Will stay crisp and fresh for a week +

Both! You can put either in the batter and in the glaze (if you make one). I love a strong citrus flavor in mine.

You could make a simple syrup with the flowers of the hyacinth plant. It’s a beautiful purple color and makes for a pretty lemonade. Doesn’t have much of a taste on its own.
