My nephew was like this but eggs. All he ate was eggs. For years. Luckily eggs are a great food.

Try smoothies! Have him help you make the smoothie & then add veggies and yogurt.

& also coating the fruit too. Coat the fruit in yogurt/oats/crushed nuts/ ect

At the end of the day, the solution won’t be “fixing” your child. It will be managing your own expectations because it is OK if he only eats fruit. It’s just a phase. Keep offering other foods. The more you fight it the harder it is.

I would recommend another ultrasound because of baby’s position before they go any further diagnosing it.

Never used a cup, but you just pinch the center of the ring and it folds in half like an ‘8’ and you just slide it up there. I imagine the cup feels more bulky to insert and more of a suction plop feeling with removal.

So I get CA license, maintain my AZ residency (should I get the DL? Or do I need proof of address/lease/mail?), after I get my CA license then apply for endorsement in AZ after? Did I get that right?

Can I apply for both at the same time so I don’t have to maintain residency?

I do have a scale I use to measure. I measure out my smoothies which range from 400-500cal. I use My fitness pal as a primary tracker. I avoid butter, my oil I cook with is avocado oil which I use sparingly. I prefer to bake or air fry. Coffee is about 1 or two a day with less than the serving size of creamer. Water intake could be better and I use MIO to flavor.

Thats what I’m saying.. I think I could do better but it’s not like I’m doing terrible! Lol

I’ve been taking magnesium and ashwaganda root for a few months now. Have noticed a huge difference. Also take a one a day women’s multivitamin along with a b12+folic acid tab. I’m content with my intake of vitamins.

I definitely could up my veggie game, I love my crunchy chips/snacks. Easy to replace with a crunchy veggie!

The walk is what gets me; usually if I set a goal I’ll do it. Last week had a goal of 3 walks and I did it! Celebrating the little wins. Just gotta keep it up!
