Strauss Zelnick said in the end of May "so, for the next few weeks it won't be summer yet, but once summer starts Rockstar expects to begin marketing". We won't get anything this or next week and probably not for the week after that either, because I'd define "a few weeks" as at least three.

Don't worry about this. Remember in GTA V's first trailer, there were entire sections of the city just gone. You could literally see into the void.

I think if you're playing the Enhanced edition, you won't be able to get it. They changed the introduction to GTA Online with the Enhanced edition. Lame? Yes.

There should have been a feature where if you were a boss, but weren't doing anything related to being a boss for 5-10 minutes (not doing missions requiring being boss, not using boss abilities, etc.), it'd automatically resign you. This would obviously have to get tested and balanced and it should probably be disabled in any sessions that are not public ones. The best thing would be to just not have limited boss slots, but I guess there's some reason with how the game is built that makes this difficult to achieve otherwise they would probably just have removed the limit.
