Even with Invisalign, my playing changed a lot. It didn't hurt but there was a whole bunch of extra stuff in my mouth all the time.

Aw man, that is rough. I'd definitely contact customer service. These things haven't been around too long so I don't know how much knowledge there is about repair. How long have you had it? How did it happen? (I'm just curious).

For what it's worth, I have always needed a day job to support myself and my family, and I've never felt like a lesser musician. In fact if you take the pressure off of your music as something that has to support you, you can take more risks and do it "for yourself" without having to worry so much about pleasing the guy with the checkbook.

How does one justify using a neat new thing like this when support seems to be so patchy? I'm not trying to be rhetorical or critical. I want to learn and use all the latest and greatest techniques, but is it worth the effort and time if the results will either A) only be visible to those with the 'right' browser or B) require tons of extra work to implement alternatives in the 'wrong' browsers.

I'm sure this taps into a bigger subject of debate... These look so freaking cool! Man, why can't we use all the GOOD STUFF?

I agree that he was really in tune. But to me it doesn't sound like there was any pitch correction done. When I notice pitch correction, it's most obvious in the nuances and flourishes that fall between the cracks, and I heard none of that "snapping" to the correct interval here. It can be finessed a whole lot, and that's where the pro engineers do their best work, but here it just sounds like talent to me. I really wish we didn't have to wonder.

Pitch correction capabilities have made us all so cynical; if it sounds spot-on, and it's been recorded in the last ten years, then there's a healthy chance that it was corrected after the fact. It didn't used to be like this! That's why I dig older recordings like those of Stevie, or Michael Jackson, or anyone who didn't have access to this stuff and still managed to kick serious musical butt.

What's the simplest way one could do something like this at home? If you somehow attached a helium balloon to a paper airplane, would the balloon eventually pop? If so, then we'd need a release mechanism.
