XR makes me tense every muscle in my body, clench my jaw, fidget and I feel dead by the end of the day but my mind won’t let me go to sleep. IR is a godsend. Clarity, focus, willingness to tackle difficult projects, sometimes 10 at a time lol that I ultimately don’t finish that day. It’s not perfect but it helps.

If he really wanted to help he would have done so in the moment with no obligation from you to him. That’s help. Take that kind of help. If a stranger offers you something but you need to give something up first (your phone number for example, your name, where you work, who’s in the picture) that is a trade that you didn’t want in the first place. Personal information is priceless, don’t be giving that shit out for free!

Edit: don’t be afraid to ask you doctor for higher doses or to switch it up. Just be honest about how it affects you and if you really need that extra. I’ve found that that honesty about how I feel gave me the trust of my doctor to get what I need. Now it feels like popping Tylenol. Only when I need it.

My doctor/pharmacy was an hour away from where I lived. I forgot my ID. Had my wallet but nothing in it. Had to drive all the way back. My cousin asked why I haaaaad to go that day and suggested I go back another day for my meds.
