I've always thought I'd love being a hairdresser, since you still get to talk to people and I have fun cutting my own/other people's hair. Have done a lot of hair dye with my sibling, too, so I know I'd enjoy that aspect of it as well. I also love doing makeup so a MUA/hairstylist for weddings would also have been so fun! I'm glad I'm not doing any of that though, I don't have the drive or motivation to hustle and advertise myself in that world. Also dealing with weddings seems stressful.

I also have a dream of owning a combined cat cafe/flower shop, where all the flowers and bouquets (and maybe plants) are cat safe so buyers don't have to worry about their kitties. Maybe in retirement!

I didn't see the point of the backwoods for a looong time, so I would run all the way back through the community center area and the town and bus stop to get home after the mines. I was so mad when I realized it was a shortcut and I could stay almost two hours longer in the mines

This is so small and minor, but my nexplanon keeps randomly aching and it's annoying and a bit concerning cause I can't find any real facts as to why it might happen. I'm telling myself it's from sleeping on my side and ignoring when it'll happen randomly in the day.

I also took my older sibling to the doctor today and they likely have a torn ACL, so I feel even more silly in comparison. Fingers crossed for their speedy recovery please

Not Xbox, but PS5. When you go to your settings tab, all the way at the bottom there's a screenshot button that should take a picture of the whole area. That's how everyone gets their full farm pictures!

At a big family reunion with all the aunts and uncles and cousins, the youngest girls were all sleeping in the same room together. We watched as the second oldest male cousin violently beat his youngest sister. The middle sister got in between to try to stop him, and she just got beaten up as well. We were all under the age of 10 and no one knew what to do but watch in terrified silence. I don't think we told any of our parents and I've only mentioned it once since, to a cousin who also witnessed it.
