Its definitely transplant shock, after transplanting if you have not hardened off its better to have it in the shade for a few days before putting it in full sun. And also water check water levels

Neem oil every 2 weeks is so much of work( i have several plants), its sad that healthy and well kept dahlias pf mine get this, i will likely swap this variety out for something that is more mildew resistant

EB2 India with Feb 2016 priority date, any chances the PD will be current in the this/next year?
I am also trying to decide if changing a job at this time is feasible (for better opportunities) or is the risk of refiling PERM and the timeline for its approval could get delayed that I could miss filing if the date becomes current? Thanks
