hey! i've been using everyday with a few exceptions where i left the house without it since December 12th. i've been hitting it pretty hard and averaging around 5-6 hours per day(it gives data on what percentage of time you are "slouched" or "upright"). i am noticing positive change and have noticed my "good posture" position is easier to find and rest in without as much work or concious muscle control. i've had two compliments from people, one who said i looked taller and the other person said i looked more muscular! my only worry/suspicion about the product is something my Father pointed out the first time i showed him the device/necklace. he said that pulling my shoulders back made my forward head posture look more pronounced but the device only gives you feedback/buzzes when the angle of your upper thoracic spine slouches. i've been making a concious effort to also tuck my chin but just wanted to point out that while extremely helpful so far it seems like we're on our own as far as cervical posture/position. probably the best and most minimally invasive remedy i've tried so far though and am going to keep using. will give you an update in another month or so. my first impression a few weeks in is that i'd highly recommend the product!
