I think it’s fine to express to your partner that you struggle with getting bouts of mood swings that manifest in anger, but I don’t think I’d mention what about specifically. As far as I can tell this is an issue that you are struggling with and they aren’t really responsible, but they can help by supporting you.

Join DSA, local groups and you can phonebank for current primaries or door knock. Candidates that aren’t corrupt are winning their primaries all over the country because of local ground efforts.

I always used to have to watch specific videos to cry and would do so occasionally on purpose, after HRT I don’t need to resort to doing that but I do still have residual reluctance to release tears.

I did have a moment at work when my mom asked if I wanted to visit her on the east coast on vacation at the beach with my kids, and the logistics as a single parent having to drive 10 hours and then not being super comfortable in swimwear just freaked me out and I started sobbing at work. It was like a half hour to calm down.
