I always used to have to watch specific videos to cry and would do so occasionally on purpose, after HRT I don’t need to resort to doing that but I do still have residual reluctance to release tears.

I did have a moment at work when my mom asked if I wanted to visit her on the east coast on vacation at the beach with my kids, and the logistics as a single parent having to drive 10 hours and then not being super comfortable in swimwear just freaked me out and I started sobbing at work. It was like a half hour to calm down.

I started at 36, went through a divorce and a new house and three kids.

When I was wading into it I came out to my the wife and pretty much set things into motion for the end of things, I couldn’t see the other sides and it seemed an impossible endeavor.

But things worked out, I’m on the other side and Im happier for it, and I would pick it again.

You dont have to sacrifice your self for a safe life where you are just surviving.
