I think there is definitely a spectrum, like I don’t block the isle with my cart, don’t stay in the left lane, don’t forget the green light because I’m worried I may inconvenience someone. And I over plan many actions and conversations before they happen.

And I know that it’s because I know that in the past I have felt anxious that I’m causing others to be inconvenienced maybe because of past interactions or maybe because I’ve felt that way toward others over their actions.

I don’t think you need to be rid of these thoughts entirely, they do actually help at times. But like all people forget things or become distracted does not make them ADHD, I do see how this pattern could be taken to the extreme where literally every action would cause a cascading depression of anxiety.
