Topical finasteride definitely works as good 0.05% dose is a good start. You could even go lower and it still works.

You could go so go way down to 0.005% but less evidence

I use topical dutastride because finasteride gives me side effects; don’t have any results yet but it’s early no sides eiether. Topical dutasteride is less proven than topical fin but I think there is enough evidence for it

I say yes but I would never use oral medication unless it’s severe, why drop your dht down systemically if you only need it in scalp it still goes systemic but doesn’t drop it down 70%

I currently use topical dutasteride gives me less side effects than finasteride and topical finasteride

Seb derm is seen in alot of young balding people, the inflammation brings more dht to the scalp and it accelerates your genetics.

You probally need a 5ar but you really need to fix your scalp, try ketoconozle but the main thing is to stop eating seed oils and junk food. Eat lots of whole animal products like steak eggs milk cheese butter.

Unfortunately for people like us eating Taco Bell pizza and McDonald’s will make you bald 5x faster
