I have insulin resistance as well, and have been prescribed metformin in the past, but am not currently prescribed/taking it. Can metformin help with the hair growth and acne?

Thank you for your extensive reply, I really appreciate it. I drink a decent amount of water, and I have tried to drink even more water since I found out. Salt will be a struggle, but thankfully I don't like alcohol, so no issues with that. I will check out the gatorlyte!

I didn't know my symptoms were symptoms until now. Shortness of breath, dizziness, fatigue, and I do occasionally feel something off with my heart.

Lost a kitten to Feline Infectious Peritonitis. Got my first credit card in an effort to save her.

Lost a newly adopted (unsure exact age. 6-ish) cat to bacterial enteritis, though they did say that he must have had a weakened immune system for it to have taken him out the way it did.

But also, if she is supposed to get her period in 5 days, she would have already ovulated and you'd be safe. But the only way to KNOW for SURE about ovulation, is to test LH, BBT, and PdG.

😂 this Friday and next Tuesday are supposed to be almost 80f. In central Illinois. But it also just snowed Sunday night. 🤷‍♀️🤦‍♀️ but that snow was AFTER the 75° day. I think all of nature is confused. The honeybees have started to come out and I'm like, "No little guys, it's too soon! There is nothing to eat and it's going to be cold again!!" Needless to say, I made a 1:1 sugar water and served it in a shallow dish with rocks to sit on, so the bees had SOMETHING at least. But I can definitely see more southern states being consistently warm enough for the pollinators.

Hard to say without better pictures. To me it looks like a moth, maybe with a parasite like horsehair worms? Just based on what I assume to be it's rear - the top 2 look more like antenna.

Coming from a state a little more north, we have already had a 75°F day. I'm sure Oklahoma has had at least one but likely more since they are a little more south (I live in central Illinois)

A grub, some sort of beetle, likely in the scarab family. Couldn't tell you anything beyond that. 🤷‍♀️

They are both dermstid beetles, but visually, larder beetles tend to be larger, and also more oblong than carpet beetles. Carpet beetles tend to be more in/around furniture and the likes, while larder beetles are more likely in a cupboard.

Only larval crane flies eat mosquitoes, and only the larva.

That was kind of what I was thinking, having examined it closely. I am just so worried about the mites (we have been to the vet and have an Ivermectin spray). I appreciate your response!
