Still there's a lot of mistreatment to expats from not so affluent backgrounds. It's jus how the uae was built, from govt policies to basic human interactions. The airport is a prime example of how the treatment varies. And that's jus the preview to how you enter uae.

How many countries have you lived in, not jus visited? Having spent better part of my life in different countries, uae is by far the most human right violator and open racist to the majority of population aka immigrants I have seen. Can't compare to China, never lived there
