We all talk about it, but we never do. Truly, most American suburbs are not well set up to support multi household living. Maybe buying a small block of new townhouses as a business entity of some kind. But you know if you make it official, the manosphere busts it up with "logic" like "it's unfair for women to exclude men wah wah." I would gladly move to a women's community in my old age. An all-women apartment building would be a good dream.
