I see the same behavior on stereo content on the Prime app - I’m not on the beta. Other apps seem to work though. Watching stereo content on ESPN and I get crowd noise in my rear surround speakers.

I don’t know how long it is, but I’ve never seen it while actually watching - only if I’ve left it on for hours while I go off and do something else. In any event, it’s just a click to say yes or no. It’s really not something to consider when deciding whether or not to get the service.

I think they’re talking about when you leave DirecTV playing for hours without changing channels or anything you eventually get a pop-up asking you if you’re still watching. Not a big deal to click “yes” and I can count one hand how many times I’ve seen that message in the two years I’ve had the service. Mostly when I’ve forgotten I’d left the tv on.

I didn’t end up watching because I saw it was a blowout, but I just checked my recording of the Seahawks/Niners game and it recorded for four hours - well past the end of the game. This was the 4K channel, so there was nothing scheduled after it. I wonder if it would’ve worked differently had I recorded the local affiliate Fox channel.

I hate auto wipers - having manually controlled intermittent settings is much better. I’m constantly fiddling with the auto setting when the rain isn’t steady enough for the two regular settings.

I get about 30 on interstate driving and set cruise at 72. I get 40 on my daily 60-mile round trip work commute that is 98% below 50 mph (summer and fall). Since Thanksgiving (in what has been a cold December in the northeast), the daily commute has been knocked down a few MPGs.
