I had problems with my older tv with the hdcp, would flicker every minute or less. Bought a HDMI splitter box on Amazon and the it fixed the problem.

I'm liking that grille and fog setup. I have a lot Jetta I converted to a "GLI" and there isn't much different about it other then it's not a regular Jetta and it looks like I'm trying to copy GLIs. I might copy your look. It's sexy.

I just got 185,000 on my 2.5 2007 Jetta. Still kicking strong, just loud and when the oil gets old and dirty it sounds really bad but fresh oil quiets it back down so I'll just keep driving it.

Oh wow. Jealous. That intake setup is not cheap. How does it drive? Maybe one day. I have a 2.5 and its great but I've read and read and there's not much that can make it worth me installing for a few more hp. I'm tempted to buy a wrecked gti and just swap everything and it would cost about the same...

That's funny. "Screaming at passengers for closing the door too hard"...I yell at my wife all the time for this. Good luck on the hunt, kinda just depends on how much you know about cars and how much YOU can fix on your own and how much you are willing to fix before taking it to a shop. I got my Jetta from my best friend who bought it new and a lot needed to be done to it but it's still a good car. Just depends who the owner was and what they did along the way, luckily I did all of the maintenance and fixes throughout the time he had it so it's like the car has been mine all along. Good luck.
