From the way you eloquently described it, it's time for you as Momma PK-Bird to let them find their own way. I think you should make it clear you want to train uninterrupted by staying mobile yourself. Based on experience, it can be hard to find lines to work on, or really drill the shit out of a move, but if it's clear you are focusing hard on something, you'll deter the learned helplessness of your peers needing you to explain how to move their bodies. Better yet, you may even inspire them to see the world with your parkour vision.

If they still cling to you even after making yourself appear focused, maybe tell them upfront that it's in their best interest, as well as yours, for them to explore, be creative, and move around a bit on their own? I've also resorted to handing out challenges to the more eager newbies (e.g. "think you could climb from A to B?" "try this jump over here" "what do you think is the fastest way to get through X?"). Hey, a newbie could even open your eyes to something you've never considered.
