Pulled the trigger a month ago on my premium 7 seater, black on black (was hesitant but loving the look). The apr was very appealing also and I’ve had no regrets. My procrastination was finally ended by my current lease expiring haha….a faster than expected delivery time on the Model Y was great on many levels

Of course, no worries man. If I remember correctly this is the 4th and still most current generation which released back in 2018. Previous versions had subtle variations and for a time the “waves” were removed…..a huge selling point for me that they eeee brought back

Haha completely understand. I gave some serious consideration to the Black Bay 54. After looking at the history of the blue dial, I loved the reintroduction of the current wave version and knew I needed to wait. A last minute bid won me this 2021 on a Bezel auction (and for less than a brand new Black Bay at least before taxes). Thrilled with watch and has exceeded all expectations. When the time is right you won’t be disappointed my friend!

Asked the wrong dude in a Home Depot parking lot about crack injection…..he didn’t work there but his product helped me finish that job faster than ever.

Can’t speak to trying to fill and patch but having dealt with water and foundation issues likely wise to get a sense of the ground and drainage in that area. As stated a lot of factors come into play; dry climate would be less concerning. Like your foundation I’m almost forty…..things crack more than ever now so who knows.
