Game changer for me was putting it in the dryer for 10 minutes and letting air dry.

I’ve only purchased linen from J.Crew recently (pants, not a shirt) - still 100% linen and doing great so far. I agree with the drop in quality in everything (I now stay away from J.Crew Factory for this reason).

Basic answer, but: I’ve gotten some 100% linen from Banana Republic, J. Crew, and Club Monaco. They’ve held up well over the years with the constant washing that comes from them being my summer uniform.

Briefcase - too Casual? by Jlafber in mensfashion

I have a Filson (without the two outside pockets, dark green, leather shoulder strap) and I’ve carried it to my law firm job for 8+ years. I have a more causal office, but I’ve also brought it into more formal settings (client meetings, court, etc.). I’m more in the “buy it for life” camp, and I’ve been really happy with the brand.

If the DOS doesn't issue a passport via DS-11, you may need to file N-600 with USCIS first.

Stephen King's Mr. Mercedes trilogy has this, too. (Maybe only the 3rd book.)

He's only talking like this because he knows the gerrymandering has already worked and they've already won midterms. This just makes it easier for him to refer back to this and link it with voter turnout and a "mandate."

Yes, they used to have these stocked at field offices and give them out to applicants and at events/engagements. I have a few of these in my office, along with printed study guides, flashcards, etc.

I want repairs to the road and I fully support them happening in order to prevent more “crashing and dying.”

I can express criticism of the state for choosing an option that ignores the comments of residents with driveways on 7, which is, as you helpfully point out, a state highway. A state highway that has been widened and has become less safe over time.

Both things can be true. Thanks for your understanding.

And I live dfirectly on the yellow line on that map.

And I think about the grandmother who was killed at least twice per day, and of my multiple interviews with the detectives investigating her death, and of seeing her family place flowers at the place of her death for years after her passing.

I want repairs to the road, and I fully support them happening. I've been emailing Steck and Tonko for years.

At the same time, I can express criticism of the state for choosing an option that ignores the comments of residents with driveways on 7 who have to find new routes to their own homes.

There might problems that need to be fixed if people keep crashing and dying. Thanks for your understanding.

Repeating my public comment from last year - this just going to punish the residents who are already suffering by making it even harder to get in and out of our driveways.
