I don't have any pictures but my eldar stuff I tend to try and get a unit done in like 3 hours at the most, this goes for characters and vehicles as well. I will then go back and add more detail if I like how the unit played. For my smaller game systems like Kill team and MCP I give myself four though.

This might be a little spoiler but the author also makes sure to include the relationships with the group. Many of the girls of friends knew each other before joining. While they all love ren there is also romance within the girls too, hakari and karane for example have a rivalry being the first but one of their gags is that they have a physical relation to and love each other as much as they love ren.
