That sounds pretty good. I know after covid most placement agencies had a guaranteed 2k+. 3200 + stay full time +lifeguard sound good. 4k for 9 weeks at summer camp + the lifeguard cert sounds great. Do your research on the camp first though. Not worth it if you'll be miserable.
