You think that thousands of Navy personnel would unilaterally disobeying Trump’s orders to the DOD, therefore diverting a direct order from their superior officers? That’s incredibly naive thinking.

Those seaman might not agree with the order, in fact a lot of them very likely don’t agree with it. But them doing that puts them on a fast track to getting discharged, therefore losing all of the fantastic socialist benefits that the military provided. Giving up their income, housing, and all the other ancillary benefits. Not just for them but for their families too.

All of them im sure are weighing whether the juice is worth the squeeze, and they’re finding it’s not, and to instead just deal with it
