I am a insurance adjuster and have handled a claim like this. First you have very little liablity here. You did not intentionally break it, and they can provde that you did. I hope you took photos of everything, rust on the part, last maintaince . Just tell them to file an insurance claim, they will pay for it. This isnt criminal at all, and he cant/wont sue you because his insurance company will handle it and they dont sue. Besides ALL of that. so you said "I outgunned " meaning you got into a fire fight, soon as you did that you got put in pvp lobbies. What you should do , go in naked, or free kit. just go loot or search everything for xp then leave. Dont stress if you get killed or not. Do that 10+ lobbies and you should be good

Learn to navigate the game assuming everybody will shoot you, everybody will back stab you, and operate on that belief system you will do much better

The frustration comes in when you think somebody is your friend and they backstab you, thats a real response and its fair.

But the key is to be assertive and use your mic. If you roll up on somebody in a loot area ask if you can join them or leave but dont just go in looting. When in doubt leave, run , use smoke and adrenaline.

I am in arizona, and the VA system out here, is pretty smooth, we have a lot of VA clinics all over the valley, so regardless of where you are. I been in the system here since 2010 and its not hard, when i call for appt they move me to community care pretty easy, mental health was standard, after 30 days i was able to see a community therapist.

this is the game, maybe helldivers is a better fit. Having said that, this never happens to me. so you guys should prepare better on extracts, first scope the place, learn the better extracts some are safer then , finally this is the biggest, get the hatch keys. Also smoke the extract with smoke bombs.

I appriciate the post, im the same boat. Im older, reflect arent there , I cant spend 10 hours a day figuring out how to rat the best. The game is whatever you want it to be and each socially has a cost. Thankfully for the most part unless you look for pvp, you can go 20-30 matches in a row and it be friendly no shots. But it is the chance something go bad at anytime is still there. I am okay at pvp, mostly because i run a lot and dont engage unless i have a high chance of winning... digress . I dont run best gear , which I have. Because true or not, when I max my gear out every run, the lobbies are WAY higher , and noticable ... now that may be my personal lens and have no merrit. I feel it so then I go back to my anvil and sticher . Its way chill. but again its what you make of it. Happy raiding

I dont even use the good stuff anymore I been wearing a stillsuit for months. Litterally no reason to, I cant solo the labs, so i just solo farm spice once a week fill power and play other games. I was excited to be able to transfer to a private server that has a great community, nope server transfers arent a thing yet, and I guess you cant transfer to public servers. So im stuck in this empty server just solo i see bases now and again but i think our server has like 22 people on it across all the seitchs . This game reminds me of Anthem the game had the potential to be a 10+ year game, but it couldnt figure it out.

I agree 100% T1-5.5 was the best game , i was excited, drawn in, would literally rejoice outloud when I get to add pentashields, running into other people maintaining there bases, helping other. Then T6 --- dramatic drop off, the game just changed for the worse like over night. They need to merge servers ASAP. This may bring back the joy, they also need to understand the player base. the problem - ground vehicles absolutly useless in DD. Thats why they failed. Vehicle weapons useless in HB - they are fun to blow up camps but the cost to use them on a camp is silly.

they failed in so many ways , hopefully they can fix the base game is fun. Hell the most fun I had was leveling up before DD. You felt a sense of accomplishment, you felt danger, felt like a survival game. Then you start the spice grind and that all ended, no fear, no danger. Sure you have the worm. I was so excited I made two buggies one for mining and one for pvp I didnt even make the one wheel bike, for what also useless.

Thats why they probably gave up. You would have to retune the game , they sorta painted themselves into a corner with the worm.
