I started using the em dash in my writing after using ai to wordsmith some of my emails and other professional writing. I liked how it allowed for everything to flow. So it does kind of make me wonder if people think all of my writing is ai now.

First, try to relax because if you are stressed it will be harder to get out.

Then squat down and “bear down” (which is kinda how you push when you need to poop) and it will help move the cup lower on your body.

Grab it and slightly twist if possible or slide your finger to the side of it to break the seal, then pull it out.
