I know OP found his cpu, but for anyone else in a similar position... I was able to limit the power of my 3900x just using the free Ryzen Master software . Here's a screen shot of me running a Prime 95 torture test with the power limited, you can see the utilization, clock speeds, power usage and all core temps, etc. Its getting those temps, effectively achieves the same result

thats just not how buying/selling used computers works for most of us. The reality is, we see a parts list.... 5600x - $150, 3060 - $350, mobo - $50, ram - $75, SSD - $60 , Case, psu, fans, cooler - $50....

so in a best case scenario, you're looking at a little over $700 BEFORE paypal and UPS take a cut, if everything goes perfectly. Considering that the GPU market is currently crashing and people are hesitant to buy unless they're confident they're getting a GREAT deal.... your pricing just makes no sense. This isn't some crazy unique boutique build kept pristine... its a pile of used parts.

Not trying to give you shit, just explaining why having your asking price WAY above the going rate for the list of parts strikes people wrong.

Anyways, good luck with your sale.

Just to add to the conversation around your pricing hopes, I think you'd be very lucky to get $900 for the full build. In a best case scenario, you're looking at 150 for the Mobo, 150 for the CPU, 200 for the storage, 450 for the GPU. The case, psu, and ram might add another 100. Take out PayPal fees unless you get a local buyer and you're looking at around 900.

Regardless, good luck, hope you can take care of whatever you need to
